Training Yoga 23Fit is a bundle of fixed training programs, the level of which depends on the level of fitnes of the group.
Exercises used in Yoga practice 23 Fitnes version, based on purely physical and intuitive actions — moving the body from one form to another, controlled breathing, eye movements, tongue, hands and feet. These exercises have no relation to religious and philosophical insinuations and do not require repetition of some concepts and beliefs.
Workout Yoga FiT 23 usually consists of a short warm-up, breathing exercises and short sequences of asanas – gymnastic exercises of the yogis, separated by short cycles of relaxation or pranayama. Continue reading
Before you start to run
Jogging, Biking, triathlon and Amateur sports in General are fond of more and more people around in the parks in the evenings becomes les beer drinkers and more bright runner in that to Europe or the USA we are still very far in this respect, but not all at once, importantly, the progres is obvious. Referring to yesterday’s tragedy at the Kiev half marathon, when 28-year-old runner’s heart gave out and convey the words of my friend, as a faithful guide to action for those who only wants to run or already running, but never thought about heart rates. If you just need max to run, then just train a maximum of one approach to fresh strength, always trying to beat your highscore.
The key words here are ALWAYS TRYING to BEAT YOUR HIGHSCORE!

this is a crappy approach.If the maximum is increased then all the rules,if
2 workouts, it does not grow,then peck his little help,it is better to use a loop.For example I had French bench pres 60 kg 5 by 5.Yesterday I wanted to go 3 for 8,but the first approach I realized that it will be 8-9 max.So I stopped for 6 repetitions and did 3 sets,defeated K-feldspar.
