Why ” healthy life”, not “healthy lifestyle”?

In this case, just the individual sense of the word – “healthy lifestyle”, though very popular and well-established expresion, sounds, in my opinion, more detached from life, something not for everyone, but for the elect, those who are capable of all sorts of “exploits” – “peck” raw grain, and to eat some fruits, exercise (maybe even every day), get up early and run around in a vest and shorts, in the rain and cold. Now what ”healthy life” in my understanding. This is life, when life – the buzz, that is great! When is the pleasure of life combined with natural health, all things that exist outside and inside. In General – harmony. But in simple terms – good health.

If you disasemble the steps, then, our health and our healthy life, depends primarily on what happens in our soul and in the mind – the psychology we have in the first place. Nutrition and physical activity, in theory, go after them. But really, all three are so closely intertwined that it is imposible to consider them separately.
